Ladies and gentlemen,good morning!I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.The title of my speech today is : confidence.
　　Confidence is half of success.First of all I would like to ask: what is the self-confidence?Self-confidence is a kind of self evaluation caused by the self affirmation and expect others, collective and society with respect to the positive emotion tendency.
　　Self confidence is to overcome the difficulties and achieve your dreams the most important factors of success.Confidence can rescue people in distress,can make people see in the dark’s success,can be assigned to one of the power struggle.It can be said:self-confidence,will have the half success.The same two people who work hard,成语故事, confident people when working in association with a more relaxed way, when done a good job, will think that this is because of his strength, and those who lack self-confidence is attributed his success to good luck.
　　So,how to beconfident?We first have a look confident people’s performance:They often have a full understanding, acceptance, foster strengths and circumvent wea（ ）knesses;Confident people aim high;Confident people based on reality.
　　But that alone is not enough self-confidence, but also strive, with these two points, even if you don’t want to success, success will come to you.
