A Child Star will Grow Up

Not long ago, Jin Ming (金铭), dressed as an adult, acted as a judge in a competition for Super Star organized by Southeast TV (东南电视台). She wore a low-necked dress in red, with a roll of hair and heavy make-up (浓妆) in face, eyes and lips. After watching this program, many pals immediately made unfavorable remarks on the Internet, saying that they felt quite strange and uncomfortable. Some fans even described her dressing as surprising or disgusting (令人厌恶的).

Jin felt deeply hurt by such unjustified criticism (不公正的批评). She told reporters in an interview, “In fact, my heavy make-up was to cover my swollen (浮肿) eyes. As a result, I had to have my hair rolled. But since the audience does not like it, it means that such a dressing style is not suitable to me. I will make some change in the future.”

But she also said that a child star would grow up. As she becomes fat, her dressing style will certainly become different. Many people cannot accept this fact because they do not want to admit that they are growing old. 金铭不久前在东南卫视选秀节目“超级明星”中担任评委，节目中她身着红色低胸上衣，一头卷头发有点儿爆炸的效果;脸上化着浓妆，眼影为较浓重的黑色，鲜艳的口红也非常抢眼。此节目播出之后，网友立刻发帖表示“不习惯”。有人甚至用“惊悚造型”“恶俗妆容”来形容她。

被大家批评金铭感到有点儿委屈。她在接受记者采访时说：“化浓妆是因为那天眼睛肿了，所以眼睛的部位就必须化重点儿，脸上的妆重了就得配那样的头发，我也没办法。但观众说出来，就说明我的打扮可能的确存在问题，以后我会适当调整。”
